Meet our Team
For women, by women.
Founder and chairperson, Nicky Cupido, is an ambassador of change and is passionate about the future of females in South Africa.
She has years of experience in a financial institution where she is accountable for risk and compliance management, the upliftment of staff performance, successful branch performance through achieving its objectives and is a leader of change in high performance organisations.
Meet Dionne Petersen. With over a decade of experience in operational management, and an excellent track record in the execution of delivery in the health sector. Petersen is passionate about uplifting communities, has a strong belief in education as the base to understanding each other, and lastly, family focused on bringing dignity to all.
Lastly, but not least, meet Natalie Jardine. Jardine boasts almost two decades in marketing strategy (sectors include publishing, publicity and new business structures) and has won the Mondi-award for Subscription and brand awareness build for the Women’s Magazine industry. She has also championed volunteer programmes including the National School Newspaper project and the Stigting Vir Bemagtig Deur Afrikaans.
